De Ja Vu anyone?

Trying to catch up AGAIN!!
HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 3
Kenadee was just excited about this coming out as she was about her birthday. Depending on the day you asked what she was most excited about it would be my birthday or the show. I am not going to lie to ya. I loved this just as much or maybe more that the kids did. It was really good.
This is us in the theatre. My sister Michelle and her daughter Sage and my mom came with us. We went all the way to the Gateway just so that we could have reserved seating. Which is so nice if you ask me, no waiting in long lines and running to get good seats. It is so nice!! I really liked this theatre because of 1-they had little sacks that I could fill up with popcorn so that they felt like they had there own, 2-little trays that they could put on there laps that held there popcorn and drinks, and 3-can't say enough about the reserved seating!
Outside the theatre they had these life size posters of the cast of HSM so we couldn't resist and got pictures. Bailee, Sage and Kenadee in front of Troy and Gabriella.

Ryan, Sharpay, Chad, Taylor, Troy and Gabriella with the girls.

Happy 6th Birthday Kenadee!!
I took Kenadee and her friends to Beyond Spa for her birthday party. She invited Sage, Abby, Lauren, Rachel, Gracie and of course her sister Bailee. Check out what these beautiful ladies got to do. I was jealous. The birthday girl was given a birthday crown. Love the pose! Five of the girls got to lay on the table and put cucumbers on their eyes and then they got hand massages, foot massages and mini facials. It was cute to see all of them laying there. Kenadee thought that it was great. Best birthday ever!

Starting from the left to right: Abby (cousin), Rachel, Gracie, Kenadee and Bailee. Kenadee is getting her hand massage right now.

Foot Massage

Then while five were laying on the table the other two were getting there toes done. Beyond Spa had three different colors of polish that the girls could choose from. Bailee and Kenadee getting there toes done.

I thought that this was such a cute picture. At the time five of them were all laying on the table with cucumbers on but I couldn't get them all in the picture at the same time. So this is Kenadee, Sage & Lauren (my cousins daughter)
All of the girls together. Abby, Gracie, Bailee, Rachel, Kenadee, Abby & Lauren. After it was over they each got a goodie bag with a candy necklace and bracelet and also a small thing of nail polish. They also got flip flops to wear out. We got back into the car and all the girls were saying that it was the bestest birthday pary that they had ever been to. It was a lot of fun to watch the girls get pampered. Notice I said girls, there was no pampering for mom!Kenadee's cake. Can you tell we are into High School Musical?
Kenadee opening her presents. She got some great stuff. A large coloring pad, Hannah Montana stuff, HSM stuff, cool necklace with a doll inside and a pony. She also got HSM game for the Wii, HSM soundtrack, 2 HSM shirts and a trip to the movie of HSM.

Halloween Party
Halloween Party with my family. My sister Michelle had it at her house. It was fun to see all the kids in there costumes. This is all Jake would do, and he wouldn't go down the right way so he would just go head first and crash into the grass and then get up and do it again. You can't really tell what he is but he is a sheriff.
You can all guess what Curtis is being. He loves Star Wars. He was Obiwon Kinobe (don't think that I spelled that right) last year so this year we are Luke Skywalker. We wanted Jon to dress up as Darth Vader but he had to go to Arizona and couldn't make it to the party.

My three oldest. Jake wouldn't leave the slide long enough to come and get pictures taken.
HANNAH MONTANA!!
enough said
All the kids together. We can never get them all to look at the same time!

Catching UP!

I haven't posted in so long that I thought that I would put up a some pictures of what we have been up to this summer. Our last camping trip I forgot my camera so my mom ended up taking all the pictures so if you would like to see them just check out her blog-Dave & Kelly. This is starting in June and working our way thru the summer. It might be long sorry about that I will try harder to post when things happen.
Kenadee is our dancer in the family, so loves to be up on stage dancing. So not like her mother in that regard, which I am very grateful for. This is the night of her recital and her cousin Sage(in pink), her best friend Rachel(other side) and her big sister Bailee wanted to pose on the stairs out front. Curtis and Kenadee both learned how to ride there bikes without training wheels on the same day. Just keep in mind that Kenadee is 5 and Curtis at the time was 3. Jon took off his training wheels and helped him get on and then he took off, we didn't have to help him at all. Sometimes that kid just amazes me.
Bailee and Kenadee played T-ball this summer. They did awesome, both of them. After the games were all over there coach gave them all little trophies with T-ball's in them with there names on them. They were really excited about them.
The coach gave Curtis his own ball because he came to every came and supported his big sisters. He was thrilled to get something. Next year he will get to play to. We will be at the ball park a lot!

These two brothers just love each other so much. They have so much fun together. Curtis is a great older brother. They love to play out front with the hose.I now have four water bugs on my hands. Jake the minute he wakes ups and eats, he is grabbing somebody's hand to take him outside to play. In July we went to Bear River Lodge with Jon's family Fri-Monday morning and then we stayed up the rest of the week until Friday morning so that is why there will be a lot of pictures. Mixed all together with Jon's family and our own vacation with just our family. We also celebrated Curtis's 4th birthday up there, he loved it.

Curtis got a fishing pole for his birthday from his Grandma and Grandpa Wight and was so excited to use it so he was really nice and also let the girls each get to use it to catch there own fish. Don't worry we did catch and release, we aren't big fish eaters.

Kenadee and Bailee testing there skills at fishing. They all caught one and loved reeling it themselves. Jon helped them cast and then it was up to them. Don't they all look like little bopel (is that spelled right?) heads. They are all really good about wearing there helmets when we go out 4-wheeling.We went for a ride and ended up on top of a mountain a look at what we found snow, and bugs-the mosquites were awful up there, but the view was amazing. You could look down into the valley and see everything-beautiful. At the cabin there are two fishing ponds and at the store they sell fish food, it is one of the kids favorite thing to do with each other and there grandparents.

Another one the kids favorite things to do is go "swimming" in the hot tub. Each cabin has there own hot tub, probably a good thing once you see how many kids we get in the hot tub. These are all the grandkids minus Jake. The chemicals were way to strong to let him get in, even the older kids were having a hard time with it in their eyes.

This is what Jake would do while the kids were swimming playing with his dad. Right behind Jon and Jake is the cabin that we stayed in. It is pretty nice, though the kitchen is soooo tiny. There is no counter space, but it is nice to have a place to stay and play. There are a ton of 4-wheeler trails around. We always have a great time. My parents came up with the jeep and spent a day with us riding around. It was a lot of fun, to have them come up and see the cabins that my dad has done some work on while he was in the young mens along time ago.

We would take a cooler of snacks and drinks and while we were out riding we came across this picnic table so we thought we would stop and have a little snack. This is what we love to do as a family, it has been good to spend time with each other. What a cute little family I've got. Love them to death!!

4th of July Camping Trip

We decided to go camping over the 4th with my sister Michelle and her family, then my mom, dad and Grandma. We decided to leave on Thursday head to Soapstone set up the trailers and then go to the Oakley Rodeo that night, then the rest of the weekend just hang out and have some fun with cousins and family, and of course riding the 4-wheeler. Well we started out and we headed towards Morgan and the truck started to have some problems so we pulled off the off ramp into Morgan and that is where all the fun started. We got off the freeway and we noticed that we were smoking out the tail pipe. Well this was not just a little smoke this was a ton of black smoke and then a ton of white smoke. Well along with all of this smoke we had no power to drive the truck. We fortunately right by a ford dealership and so I had to get out of the truck and stop traffic getting on to the freeway, because we with our truck, with the 4-wheeler on the back and the trailer were blocking the on ramp. Well needless to say we made it over to the dealership and well when we got there and all the smoke coming out of the truck they knew immediately what was wrong. We apparentely blew a head gasket, and something else major that the dealership still has our truck and we could possibily be getting a whole new engine. Well as you can probably guess we didn't make it on our camping trip. We had to call Jon's sister and her husband to come pick up our trailer for us. We did make it to the rodeo, we rented a car and I was glad because the kids were at least happy about that. It turned out to be quite the weekend, one that we will always remember!

Memorial Day Camping

This was one of the best camping trips that we have been on so far. The kids did excellent and all played together nicely. We had a great camping spot, that Ricky found for us in the dark, and last but not least the weather was absolutely perfect. All and all it was a great camping trip.

We took Jake for his first four wheeler ride, and he loved it. Every morning we would walk out of the trailer and he would point at the 4-wheeler and start to grunt.
These two are the best of friends now, they had so much fun together. Our camp was right up next to some rocky hills and these two boys would take their cars and go up on the hill and play. On Saturday it would rain off and on and these crazy boys would just put there hoods on and stay out and play. So cute together.
This is the only way to camp I have decided. I grew up tenting it all the time, but since we got the trailer, this is the only way to go.
Jon with 3 of the kids climbing all over the "Goblins" at Goblin Valley, the kids had a great time playing there.
Bailee holding up one of the "Goblins" she loved to see how high she could climb. She is out little adventurous one.

Kenadee is our more cautious one, like her mother, she loved to climb some and play in the dirt.

The boys taken a break from chasing each other around the place. The one in the hood is my nephew Hunter.

Stupid moments in life!

Well it was one of those moments in your life that you wish more than anything that you could just rewind and start over. Saturday morning I was running to Sams club to get some stuff for Jake's first birthday party (yes we finally did it) anyway I took the truck, which for those that haven't seen Jon's truck it is huge, four door and long bed. So anyway I was trying to be so careful because I have a hard time backing out of parking lots, so I went to Sams Club at around 8:30am and was pulling into the parking lot trying to be soooo careful and I go farther down the parking lot so that there wouldn't be a lot of cars around me and what do I do? Oh let me tell you! I ran into a light pole, and totally smashed up the front of our truck. I could not believe what I just did, I starting shaking and I got out of the truck and looked at the front and I totally broke down. I cried and cried all day on Saturday. I was so afraid of what Jon would say, but I should have known that I married an amazing man, I called him from Sam's Club and he said that it was a big deal. Well when I get home and walk in the door I am hysterically bawling and he justs holds me and tells me that it is just a truck and I need to just let it go. He is awesome, I know that I have got the best husband in the world, love him to death!
