We FINALLY gave in....

Well the kids got up at 6 and started asking to go to the beach so we put them off as long as we could and then we finally gave in...

Jake was a little afraid at first with the waves crashing at him

The other kids didn't seem to mind at all, and got right into the action

Kenadee swam with me for a bit and then wanted to hang out on the beach

It didn't take long for Jake to become his daring self again

Bailee loved every minute of it and didn't let any wave slow her down

They love the beach!!!

New adventures BEGIN!

Well the adventure has begun-here is the pile of stuff that we were able to ship to Hawaii. We won't have it for 2-3 weeks but at least we were able to take a lot more stuff so then we didn't have to buy that much over here!!

We were able to be lucky enough to have the direct flight-own individual TV's so the kids were awesome, it has games and different movies so each kid could pick just what they wanted. It wasn't a very crowded flight at all, there were empty rows all around us. Bailee said she would sit by a stranger and then she was the lucky one that had the whole row to herself.  That is one lucky bug!!

Jon was the lucky one that got to sit next to Jake!! So the flight was really good for me ;-) Jake did sleep for a little while and then when he started to get restless we were close to landing.

I got to sit next to Curtis and Kenadee and they were really good. Although they had to go to the bathroom a ton, but we were just 2 rows from the potty and we didn't have to climb over anybody else to get to the potty-that is always a bonus!!

We FINALLY made it-you get a lot of strange looks when you have 6 large totes, six large bags and 3 rolling carry ons and then 2 smaller bags with crayons and such!! We were lucky to have Jon's superintendent drive 45 minutes to come pick up all of our bags and take them to our place for us. We right now just have a rental until we can find us a cheap car to buy ;-)

Well as you all know school has started but it takes a little bit longer for things to get done over here, so the kids might not go to school till Tuesday or Wednesday which they are very excited about. Well the kids have already made friends with the little boy that lives upstairs, and have been out tonight (remember we are 4 hours behind you) catching lizards already.

We will keep you posted on all our comings and goings!! Until next time-ALOHA
