Catching UP!

I haven't posted in so long that I thought that I would put up a some pictures of what we have been up to this summer. Our last camping trip I forgot my camera so my mom ended up taking all the pictures so if you would like to see them just check out her blog-Dave & Kelly. This is starting in June and working our way thru the summer. It might be long sorry about that I will try harder to post when things happen.
Kenadee is our dancer in the family, so loves to be up on stage dancing. So not like her mother in that regard, which I am very grateful for. This is the night of her recital and her cousin Sage(in pink), her best friend Rachel(other side) and her big sister Bailee wanted to pose on the stairs out front. Curtis and Kenadee both learned how to ride there bikes without training wheels on the same day. Just keep in mind that Kenadee is 5 and Curtis at the time was 3. Jon took off his training wheels and helped him get on and then he took off, we didn't have to help him at all. Sometimes that kid just amazes me.
Bailee and Kenadee played T-ball this summer. They did awesome, both of them. After the games were all over there coach gave them all little trophies with T-ball's in them with there names on them. They were really excited about them.
The coach gave Curtis his own ball because he came to every came and supported his big sisters. He was thrilled to get something. Next year he will get to play to. We will be at the ball park a lot!

These two brothers just love each other so much. They have so much fun together. Curtis is a great older brother. They love to play out front with the hose.I now have four water bugs on my hands. Jake the minute he wakes ups and eats, he is grabbing somebody's hand to take him outside to play. In July we went to Bear River Lodge with Jon's family Fri-Monday morning and then we stayed up the rest of the week until Friday morning so that is why there will be a lot of pictures. Mixed all together with Jon's family and our own vacation with just our family. We also celebrated Curtis's 4th birthday up there, he loved it.

Curtis got a fishing pole for his birthday from his Grandma and Grandpa Wight and was so excited to use it so he was really nice and also let the girls each get to use it to catch there own fish. Don't worry we did catch and release, we aren't big fish eaters.

Kenadee and Bailee testing there skills at fishing. They all caught one and loved reeling it themselves. Jon helped them cast and then it was up to them. Don't they all look like little bopel (is that spelled right?) heads. They are all really good about wearing there helmets when we go out 4-wheeling.We went for a ride and ended up on top of a mountain a look at what we found snow, and bugs-the mosquites were awful up there, but the view was amazing. You could look down into the valley and see everything-beautiful. At the cabin there are two fishing ponds and at the store they sell fish food, it is one of the kids favorite thing to do with each other and there grandparents.

Another one the kids favorite things to do is go "swimming" in the hot tub. Each cabin has there own hot tub, probably a good thing once you see how many kids we get in the hot tub. These are all the grandkids minus Jake. The chemicals were way to strong to let him get in, even the older kids were having a hard time with it in their eyes.

This is what Jake would do while the kids were swimming playing with his dad. Right behind Jon and Jake is the cabin that we stayed in. It is pretty nice, though the kitchen is soooo tiny. There is no counter space, but it is nice to have a place to stay and play. There are a ton of 4-wheeler trails around. We always have a great time. My parents came up with the jeep and spent a day with us riding around. It was a lot of fun, to have them come up and see the cabins that my dad has done some work on while he was in the young mens along time ago.

We would take a cooler of snacks and drinks and while we were out riding we came across this picnic table so we thought we would stop and have a little snack. This is what we love to do as a family, it has been good to spend time with each other. What a cute little family I've got. Love them to death!!
